Login is your Prime Therapeutics e-mail address; password is your employee clock number (the last five digits of your Employee ID).

To find your employee clock number, simply:

1. Log onto Ceridian Self Service
2. Under the Payroll & Tax section, click on Earning Statements
3. Click on the most recent check number to view earning statement
4. On the top portion of the earning statement locate ID Number
5. Your employee clock number will be the last 5 digits of the ID Number
